First off, before even running it, Clean the carbs, or at least the internal filters, Clean the fuel selector valve.. And I dont kno if that ski has the grey fuel lines, but if it does, replace them with black ones

I would do the following:

New Plugs
New fuel
Check Oil Level
New Fuel Filter
Clean Fuel Selector Valve
Replace Grey Fuel Lines (If you have them)
Clean out Carbs (Internal filter most importantly)
Check Pump Oil

when you check the pump oil the cone at the end of the nozzle just replace it. it doesnt take much to replace the oil just take your time and dont get rushed. DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK THAT YOU HAVE THE PLUGS INSTALLED. This got me .... all the work to get them running and went to put em in the water down they went luckily this was in my pond. but still what a newb mistake (first water anything i owned) good luck
