Bunk Boards

Has anyone ever replaced the 2 bunk boards in the Karavan Tandem trailer?
I think mine are 2 by 6 by 10.

I did ours a couple of years ago. I believe they were 2x6x10 (pressure treated preferably). I would highly recommend through bolting them from above and recessing the bolt heads so they sit below the top of the board to avoid damaging your hull. I wouldn't recommend lag bolting them from below as my previous bunks were in fairly good shape aside from the lag bolts falling out.

I was thinking the same thing. I’m also considering installing a two speed crank winch instead of bunk sliders.
