Broken seat support screw

I went out to work on my 2005 RXT, pulled the seat and noticed that one of the seat support screws that hold the front section of the seat on was broken. Has anyone had this happen before? How do you repair it?

Is the part of the screw still there? If it is, try to get a hold of it with a needle nose visegrips. If it is too far inside, drill it out with a smaller drill bit and use a easy out.

It's broken off above the washer. I may be able to pry the washer off and get some vice grips on there. If that doesn't work where do you get the easy out tool? I haven't heard of that before.

A good hardware store or place that sells tools. Auto parts etc.
