So... Just completely rebuilt the bottom end & top end of the engine and tested the oilpump before installing it back on the engine.
No oil gets trough, and i dissasembled and cleaned it. But still no oil. So the pump is fucked, and i need a new one.
Saw the price for a new OEM oilpump. About 500 dollars.
Im not paying 500 dollars for a part thats worth 50 dollars.
Is there a replacement pump available?

Edit: Is it possible to block of the oilpump & use premix on the DI models?
Or will it clog up the injectors? And will the crank get enough oil from premix?

How did you test the pump - Did you use a drill? I know when i purged my pump after my RFI build, it took a bit for the oil to start flowing as i put a short hose at the feed side with fluid in it.

You wont clog injectors using premix but on certain engines, the oil is coming from the opposite side of the injectors so you will burn out the motor. DI i believe you can pre-mix unlike RFI

You cannot pre-mix a DI b/c there will be no lube for the bottom end. Adding oil to the fuel isn't advised also b/c the injectors aren't calibrated for the added viscosity.

I used a drill and gave it the beans for 2 minutes. Not a drop went through the pump.

Contact Nick or Jess at Westside Powersports and they will hook you up with a tested and guaranteed used one.

As others have said you can't premix a DI ski.

Is it a lube issue with premixing a DI and RFI as i was told that a known injector cleaning company stated that premix will not hurt an injector

It can clog the tip over time from the deposits in the oil.

But more importantly you will not get oil down to the crank bearings so your crank will fail way before you have injector issues.
