My advice: purchase a new carb. -- I'm not an expert at metals - so IMHO... It's not aluminum - it's a cast from some pot metal - aluminum does not break/fracture like that, it bends first. No glue [ JB weld etc ] is durable enough. It can be welded [search weld pot metal ] - but not easily, and problematic - as 1/ welds don't penetrate 100% [or they blow out the other side], so you are left with a weld on the outside and crack on the inside ... and 2/ you'd have to make sure the mating surface is truely flat. If you spend the time removing, trying to fix, replacing, then it breaks again [it will] - I think you will have spent much more time and energy than if you just replace the carb. Figure about $250. // Last month, I replaced a carb for a client, whose carb broke where the air box attaches. In some previous repair age unknown, the flange had been reattached with some JB Weld - which subsequently broke, and fell off when I removed the air box. [ note, they had decided to replace the choke plate with a primer - fixed the symptom, not the problem! - which of course failed. ] I replaced the carb.

Your exactly right! I tried different approach but they all rebroke ,jb weld, steel stick, epoxy and now strangely, i will never expected this result but crazy glue hold on pretty strong.

I found the culprit why it broke while searching for a new carb....the post owner remove the air box bracket...i already fab New one, maybe thats why crazy glue hold on.

Still in search for a SINGLE carburetor,WITH the choke plate,Super bn38mm.

Thanks all of you for reading this, have a great week-end for the Lucky one that can keep riding! Stay safe!

RE Airbox support brackets - prev owner probably did not re-install, b/c they are a pain when removing / reinstalling carb, and hinder carb access. MY REMEDY TO THAT, is to SLOT the brackets - so that when I remove the spark arrestor housing - I just loosen the two top RV cover bolts, and slip the brackets off WITH the housing - Much easier!! [if brackets are missing -- I have seen them available on ebay, usually along with the arrestor housing. Note, not all years have the arrestor holes and tapped backing plate to accept the brackets. ]

I was happy at the beginning ,like you said, without, the acces to the carburetor adjustment is way better.
For mine i choose to bolt it on the top of the head like oem,the air box will follow the engine this time
