Hello, just got my seadoos last summer and am already realizing im going to need a good community to keep me going with my toys!
My hood deflector on my 95 GTX broke off while riding last summer and i just got my new one in. I am trying to replace it but the screw for the bottom hole fell all the way through and the upper two are nearly impossible to get to to loosen, and im concerned if i will be able to position or recover the screws once theyre loosened.
Anyways, it would be way easier if the hood split into two pieces at any part so I could get into the compartment and change the deflector out, but it does not look like it will come apart at any part of the hood. Is there a place where it can be split apart and if not, what is the best way to get this done?
