don't sweat it, just find a used alum pump housing on ebay or the like. If you can't find one, I can give you a good deal on a new sbt alum pump housing(check their website), around $300 and you should be good to go, oem is way too expensive new, around $800 for the setup.

Coo, thanks man. I'll keep it in mind. I've got a local mechanic nearby that would probably install it for a 30-pack, lol.

Did the '03 model 4TEC Supercharged engines have the ceramic SC clutch washers? If so those things need to be replaced ASAP they are bad Mojo.

Well I had it out to the lake this weekend and the cavitation issue persists. I guess it is just the plastic pump. Good news is that even with the cavitation out of the hole, I was still able to pull skiers up and out pretty quickly. Both people I pulled (at separate times) were able to get up on the first try. This was also my first time ever trying to pull a skier behind a PWC, so I'd say it worked out pretty well.

03 has metal washers but not the good hardened metal washers, they should be replaced when you rebuild the sc at 50 hrs.

You aught to be able to find a good used aluminum pump on Ebay for not too much money with a little patience. I see them all the time in my daily search results e-mails.

Good luck!
