Boarding Step Installation - Anyone done one?

Wondering if anyone has installed a boarding step to make it easier to get back on when in the water?
I wanted to put one on my 98 GTI...and was wondering what others have done.

I think it was Aquastep. Aquaperformance

Just line it up, drill holes, add silicone and screw it on. That's it.
