Bluetooth speaker mount?

I am wanting to mount/strap a bluetooth speaker onto my 2009 rxt 255 is. I do not want to drill or cut anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to mount it.
I am thinking about using a jbl charge 3 speaker.

I purchased this on amazon, cheap and works great. Double sided speaker and holds a good charge. I liked the sim card option, downloaded a 100 songs and no need to use my phone,
