blows 5 amp fuse (READ)

my seadoo gsx ltd had a blown 5 amp fuse and i put a 10 amp fuse in it and not it doesnt blow but my ski wonk crank or anything if i take one wire off the coil it will crank and fire on one cyl, the wire on that coil paulses when cranking but the other wire has constant power even with the lanyard off anyone knoe=w what my problem could be, plzz helpp

First, put a 5 amp fuse back in before you melt some wires, or worse, start a fire! Upping the amperage is NEVER a smart way to test / diagnose a problem.
If the fuse blows again, unplug your coils and try another fuse. I it's good, then you likely have a shorted coil. Do a resistance check.
