Blank fuel gauge Seadoo 2000rx

Hello
I've bought an Seadoo Rx Millenium-Edition.
And now I have the problem, that the fuel gauge is totaly blank..
Evem when I put on the Safty Lanyard and the infosystem is flashing, there are no stripes in the fuel display..

the fuel baffle tube / pick up contains the sensor for fuel level
find the plug for this coming from the top of tank, un plugg it.
the end that goes to towards the main harness, jump the two wires together.
pink and pink and black me thinks, dont quote me tho.
with these jumped, push start button with lanyard off to power up gauges
this should send gauge to a full reading, if it does, then the sensor assy in pick up tube is bad.
i have seen on here people repairing a fuse on the circuit board on the assy.
never tried this,

Hey thanks for the tipp..
But i've problems to understand what i could do because I don’t have a good command of english.
Could anyone descripe me this tipp in a realy easy way?

ok I got it.
I've Jumped the two wires and now I get a full tank gauge.
If I'm right this means that the sensor assy is bad.
?

yes, it is bad
and sorry for my grammar
some memebers have fixed there sensor
look around here to find the fix
or replace the fuel pick up tube
