Bilge Pump Not Working

Hello, I have a seadoo gsx limited 1999 and for some reason the bilge pump stop working and my ski is over filling with water for this fact. The bildge pump is good cause it was tested on another ski.. But doesn't work on mines.. what could be the problem for this?... I checked the 3 fuses located in the mpem box and also the one on the back eletrical box just incase and they were all fine. is there any other fuses? where is it located? or what is the problem for this?.. Thanks.
