I just bought 2 4tec sea-doos, and was wondering is there any type of automatic system on these units to get rid of the water if gets in ?? I know you can add an electric one but there must be an automatic one when the ski is running.

I have a 2000 gtx, and someone will correct me if I am wrong, but mine has a automatic/syphon system on it, when you are cruising the impeller passes water past 2 ports near the rear of the impeller and creates a syphon that sucks the water out of your bielge area...but me I could care less about it I am still installing an automatic rule 500 pump into mine just incase. About $50 and a thru-hull fitting, drill a hole in the side of the pwc insert the thru-hull connect her up and you are good to go.

how about on an 03 gtx and 06 rxp??

should be the same thing, just look in the back bottom of the builge on each side of the shaft you should see a little black box with a hose comming of the back of it, and same area you will be able to see if you have a builge pump.
