bildge boxes sending water into hull.

why are my boxes putting water in the hull

If you mean those little black boxes then the solution might be to make sure the tubes are at one point up high in the hull. Use zip ties to secure them.
If not they will let water come into the hull.
These boxes in the bilge work off pressure from the jet pump to suction water out of the hull while under way at a decent speed. They don't work at idle or at a dead stop (not running).
 
Check inside your pump and make sure you have the 2 plastic white straws on the top. If they are missing they wont suck but rather pump water in.
 
ok, your tubes are there....are your two siphon hoses looped and ziptiedup to the highest point in the back of the hull or are they just laying/flopping?
 
[MENTION=68575]tjmutlow[/MENTION] , you started this same thread yesterday, we asked if you checked certain things out, and you never answered, then you started a new thread on it, and still haven't answered, but you want to know why water is coming in... you need to take a picture of the inside of the back end of the hull and let us see where your clear tubes are in relation to the bailers (black boxes)

had another mechanic look at, the reputable one that did my carbon seal put pump back on with broken orings on the cyphor tubes.. hope that fixes it
