Where does it mount and how? Where do the cables attach to?

I would be interested if it fit my 97 challenger, or if I could make it fit.

theres a bow starp to the front that go through the bow hook.
and two straps that go to the back where you tie your docking rope.
easy and simple.

see the last picture, its the pylon base, it only prevent it from moving side to side.
the straps holding it really strong.
