Another saga of my 2000 GS project ski lol.... I got her running and was trying her out a little on the water. I know it is leaking a small bit of water as it was in the water for about 30 mins and it had a little less than a inch at most. I took her home filled it up with water to halfway on the battery box so it covered most problem areas. It had a few leaks coming from the back 2 plugs. I tightened them a little and they both quit. Gaskets on both look a little worn so that's no biggie. I noticed a drip underneath so I jacked her up off the trailer and found a small place next to the grate where it was cracked or ?
I took a pic to show reference it's just a small little chunk gone from the hull so who knows????
My next question is what type product can I fill in and repair this with? Was going to run to Advance tonight but didn't know what product would stand up to the rigors of the hull bottom. any suggestion.... Since I am going to be there I am getting the new fuel lines so tonight I can pull the old gray lines out and replace them. So far project GS water ready is rolling along lol..... Thanks guys.

you can probably just use one of the gel coat patch kits... The gel comes in a thick paste which you should be able too build up the area and seal it off

Thanks a bunch Ill give it a go and see what happens.

I have used a product called QuickSteel to repair different things on watercraft in general. I like it because it will even set under water. And once it sets...it's as strong as a rock.
