Best GPS for jetski?

hey,

I have noticed that a lot of jetskis have gps' mounted in their compartment in the ski, what is the best gps to buy for a jetski that gives you your top speed etc??

my old Garmin V records peak speed.

I run upriver, record, down, record, then average.

I use a Garmin touch screen handheld, I think the Oregon with the Garmin mount!
