Best brand rectifier

I plan on buying a new rectifier today who has the best one seen several brands out there.

What I figured seeing as these are out of production is that everything out there is 20 years old same as mine. So how do you know and at 50.00 used for OEM what is an alternative? I seen one on EBAY that you have to wire in your self but if it is a quality product then that would be a good idea.

This rectifier is still available from this website or 12$ cheaper through OSD Parts. Both are OEM, but will probably take some time (week) to get.
I have a used rectifier 278000443 that you can have until you get a new one. Call me I PM'd you my number.

Try this one, used from osd $20 plus like $8 shipped. Mine looked NOS, I couldn't tell that it was ever mounted.

Doesn't OSD sell a rectifier kit that uses the 4 tec rectifier and wires it outside ot the mpem box for better cooling? Thought about going that route eventually for peace of mind.

I would just run the stock reg. If it made it from 96 til now you'll be good to go for years to come.

Yes I just purchased one a couple months ago for one of my DI skis. I think they make them more (wire connections) for DI/RFI type skis, but not 100% sure. I would call them and see.
