beeper started workinng????

Ok, well the beeper randomly started working after not working all last year or the entire time i have own the ski, great it fixed it's self why would i complain? Now when it started working the ski had low battery and ended not startinrg could that make it beep? (found that out once it was in the water,...GGRR) I am just very worried because right before the memp went last year the gas gauge started working.....has any body else had this type of situation, or have any idea? 97 SPX w/787

Well I gave the battery a good charge and it started up fine, just still worried about the beeper. also with a good battery the beeper still works. should i be worried or happy?

I would be indifferent to it. The beeper itself won't harm your ski.

The beeper in my boat was random when I first bought it. You can replace it with a Buzzer from radio shack for $9. I would recommend replacing it since you know it wasn't working. There was just a post on here about a guy who cooked his engine because the beeper was dead, and he didn't get an "over heat" warning.
