The 4-Tec GTX compression is 10.6:1. (180 psi compression)is what older post have it.

The supercharged 4-tec is 8.1:1 and is 140 psi compression (not your model).

Start searching on this web sight for "leaking head gaskets and valves"

Or start new thread under low compression.

You could have valves failing.

Start with the cheapest easiest and work your way.

Spark plugs will cause the engine to feel like it is bogged down and cuts out under high RPMs.

Sticks and rocks caught in the impeller will slow the PWC and cause vibration.
