Anyone know what these mounts added to my Seadoo are for?

Hello. I bought a couple used Seadoo Wake editions and one of them has 4 of these mounts on it in the picures. Anybody know what would have been mounted on these?

Davit crane was my first thought, I looked those up and the mounting setup looked way different than this to me, also thought it was strange only 1 of the 2 identical skis would have a crane setup.

Could be the previous owners attempt to fill in the holes from a custom project that was repurposed onto a different ski and these small parts take the place of the absent equipment so as to not leave ugly holes and diminish the appearance. I have my own flush swivel SS add-ons for my convenience on both sides of my pair of seadoos for the short dock leashes we use. When I sell mine I would keep the expensive mounts and cover the holes with a decorative shim/bolt before the ski goes to it's new home. Just a thought.

My davit crane uses a heavy duty sling device with large curved metal design to go underneath the gunnel lip of the Bottom hull to lift Up the whole ski when I load/unload from dock; I would not use a hook connector that bolts through the hull mating section since the strain on the bottom of such connection would be very narrow in size (2"??) instead of the metal lift devices 5" wide part. Maybe the unseen bottom piece of this metal is longer and thick to carry the weight if it was left over from a previous Davit setup; but foreign to my application.

Regardless, test with a magnet to check if SS or rust will start to appear soon. The rear bolt heads may need attention to not snag bathing suits or wetsuits of riders slithering on/off the rear step platform zone. Just a thought. Enjoy your new toys.
