Inspecting my engine and find I have a good bit of movement (backlash) in my rotary valve (rotary valve rotation vs crank rotation). I have about 5 degrees of backlash (5 degrees of crank rotation without valve rotation (stop to stop).
Manual just mentions making sure it is the same at various points in the cycle.
Is there a limit anywhere? Are my values good?
