Any alternative ideas to hold down seat cushions in the bow???

I hate the hardware that holds down the 3 front seat cushions located in the bow of my 1997 Challenger. Does anyone know of an alternative or a different way that has helped them keep them down while boating yet easy to still access the compartments below them?

Any help would be appreciated.

Other than that... use the stock stuff.
