Another supercharger bites the dust

Just looking for some guidance on dealing with the aftermath of having one of the bearings go bad in the supercharger on a 2007 GTX Wake. 4 of the ball bearing were still in the race. The supercharger impeller was rubbing on both sides of the housing so a lot of metal was shaved off the supercharger impeller. The clutch washers were okay. So I would think most of the metal pieces would of gone into the intake. I have done some reading about the screens on the two oil pumps but I would think since the clutch washers were okay that the oil would be clean. I am not a 4 stroke guy but figure this is a good opportunity to learn about the 4 stroke engines.
Am I right in thinking that the metal pieces most likely ended up going into the intake? So what is the next step in determining what was damaged and what needs to be repaired? I am planning to check the compression tonight. Had to pick up a new compression gauge. My old gauge did not have the right adapter for the small size plugs on the 4-tec engine. What is most likely to get damaged if the metal pieces went into the intake. Valves? Valve seats? cylinders?

any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is a little more information. Compression is 90-95 on all three cylinders. I pulled the front oil pump off and found chunks of metal. All bad news. Does anyone know if the back oil pump can be removed with the engine still in the ski?

Looks like the rear plastic cover assembly that sits on the cam gear on the TOPS breather has broken down. As you already know, compression is really low, but be careful that your gauge is accurate.

If it were mine, I would pull engine and rebuild it.

Going to work on getting the motor pulled this weekend. Concerned about getting the driveshaft out of the PTO. Looks like I need to get some special tools on order. This will be my first venture in the the wonderful world of 4 stroke Jetski engines. Depending on what damage I find I might just buy a rebuilt motor. I am in upstate NY so I have a long winter to get it straightened out.
