I have a 2006 challenger 180 with the SC 4tech, I was planning on doing the super chargers RIVA washers swap! (I don’t want any problems this summer) so I was wondering what special tools do I need for this? I know about the special sockets and torque wrenches, but is there anything else that im going to need? Also after that can any one else let me know what I need to do the impeller and the wear ring? If you have the part numbers that would be great! Id hate to start the job and not have the right stuff!.... well thanks for your time and have a great day!

I never serviced the SC on a SaeDoo... sorry. PM chester.

The pump... only thing special is a impeller tool. Check ebay for the right one.

Good luck

I did the riva charger washers in mine, when I had the charger pulled out I used the charger support plate 529 035 947, you don't really need it, but it does hold it nice for you in your vise, retaining key 529 036 027 to hold shaft when taken off or putting on the nut, gear holder 529 036 025 to check the slip with the charger out of boat, torx adapter 529 035 938 to tighten the top torx bolt when you put the charger back in, and obviously the washer's, I would just email riva and find out what washers, and needle bearings you need for your year boat, I also did use some kluber isoflex grease 293 550 021 to put on the inner's of the washers, needle bearings, trust washer, you can also use oil that you use for your motor. If you do become a premium member it has instructions of how to do the service.

Thanks sir!

I was a premium member and I was able to print off my manual! I was just looking for some extra pointers from some one who had already done it! I def appreciate your help! I plan on doing this real soon!
