another poor sap with broken xp800

Ok I have been searching on here for days. Found a lot of good stuff . Checked most of it. So my problem is my 95 xp800 won't start.
I have good compression.135-140. Spark,new plugs, I'm guessing air. Fuel... turns over easily

I haven't checked the rave valves. Could those cause it to not start? Possibly internal carb problem?

Your water separator filter screw on cup may be loose, thru the carb can't suck the gas out of the tank, its
just suckin air. (No gas to carbs) Item #15
