Age Old Gelcoat question

Any suggestion on what gelcoat product to use for the repair pictured below? Fairly small but on top in a visible location. I started with Gelcote International who informed me last week they're not shipping product to the US at the present time "due to the ever changing regulations at the border". Wondering if I should use a small amount of paste, or liquid instead? Wax or no wax? Use a kit from Evercoat that doesn't really specify if it has wax or not? Any suggestions would be appreciated. It's on a 2011 GTI 130 SE.
