Aftermarket Throttle Body

I brought my 2013 RXT 260 to the dealership because it was displaying a bunch of throttle body codes. They said I need a new one and don't want to pay $700 for a new one. I found an aftermarket one on Amazon with the same part number.

Does anyone know have any experience with aftermarket throttle bodies and if it will be a good idea to use it on my seadoo.

Thanks,
Andreas

Weird. Do you happen to live in Destin, FL? I installed an aftermarket throttle body for a friend last season; it ran great. He sold the ski.

I've used them as well and have all performed perfectly. If you prefer, you can buy the actual Bosch that BRP uses from an auto parts store. I've done this as well and has also worked perfectly but you do have to do a minor modification and reuse your old rubber gasket but pretty simple. There are threads on this with the actual Bosch part number.
