So lets just pretend I adjusted the idle stop screw on the throttle body of a 787 to bring my idle speed up from 1200 to 1500 in the water. What excatly would this hurt. It wasn't much if an adjustment. This was done after all slack was adjusted out throttle cable and set my oil pump marks at idle. It was idling at 1000-1100 so I turned the idle stop screw in a little. I know never supposed to do this it to be set at Stealer...

Shouldn't hurt anything.

Just make sure to set the oil pump properly... otherwise, you may load up in a no wake zone.
