Adhesive Putty or Resin

I'm looking for a product to attach the tie wrap mounts and wire clamps to the side of the hull. That green stuff is bad azz and I want something permanent and strong. Does anyone have a product that would work well in this service? I've tried silicone on a couple but it always lets go probably due to the amount of oil in the hull fiberglass. Help is appreciated.

I’ve always replaced mine with the marine JB weld. Just make sure you degrease the area before applying it.

Gorilla glue epoxy 2 part or JB weld 2 part works well, just wipe the area with acetone or goo off before applying.

I will give that a try. I like to have the lines secure and looking fairly neat. Thanks so much for the reply !
