Acceleration Problem

I have two 95 XP'S one will take off, but not plane out. The other will not go faster than idle speed. Any ideas on what this might be? I have had them a couple of months ago and they ran great. They did run great when I first bought them. They do have the gray fuel lines. Could this be the issue?

I just replaced the wear ring on my ski and the performance increase was amazing. The old one didn't even look that bad but a new one sure made a difference.

I'm not much of a mechanic...where is the ring? If of course, it's easy to explain.
