2012 RXTX 260.
Issue one: Ski ran great for first two hours of riding on lake yesterday. Had lunch, went back out and ski lost rpms and would have pulse like power, but not often above 5,000 rpms. Occasionally it would get there, but not often. Limped it back to trailer, and today began searching for reasons for lack of throttle response. Check coils, low and behold two were pushed out of head. Repositioned them, started ski, turned on water, and ....nope. I noticed that when I turned on water, the ski coughed a bit. I am guessing intercooler. The oil is a bit milky/frothy. Thoughts?
Issue two: Left hand control switch for Sport and Eco. Eco works fine when pressing button, goes in and out of Eco no problem. Sport button worked all morning, then worked sporadically in afternoon. Even when ski was running poorly, it would change to sport mode four out of ten times hitting button. Now nothing. I am hoping it is the switch, they do not seem serviceable? Bigger/known issue? Thoughts?
Thanks, JQ
