99 GTX RFI engine nightmare

your timing with a degree wheel will never line up perfect, what you do is make your mark on the engine, when the pto (front) piston is all the way up, then put your rotary valve on the shaft, and then try to flip it over and try, then whatever side is the closest to the mark, then your done ..... its probably on right the way you have it right now ..... now, also regarding your set up, i set my rave valve valves slightly in, set a nickle on the red piece and make it level with the black part of the rave cap, also the same i have the water valve set the same, ...seems that setting works for me ... buy a battery maintainer and after you wash it all up and put in garage, keep it hooked up to ski, i always leave mine hooked up ....

THE NIGHTMARE CONTINUES..........
It ran perfect for 3 days then suddenly started running rough and died. I have 0 compression in the PTO cylinder. From the looks of the piston it ran lean . The other cylinder has 150 PSI and looks great.
So I pulled the engine and will ship it back to SES (3rd time) today.
