I have a 99 Gtx Rfi that keeps blowing the 15a fuses in the rear electrical box. It does it when the engine Is NOT running also but when the key is put on. I havr texted the stator and voltage is good at 3500 Rpms. Tested Ohms between the three wires and all about .5ohms and no continuity between any of the yellows and ground so doesnt look like stator is bad. I have replaced the rectofier 3 times because keepa running through them. The fuses blows immediately once key is put on. I have pulled the entire harness from the rear box to stator and checked for damaged wires and nothing. I have checked the fuses up in front on the Mpem and they are all good. The jet ski starts and runs fine as long as battery is charged but shows 12v low ofcourse till battery is drained. For the life of me I csnt figure this out. Starting the jet ski with the recififier and stator harness unplugged it doesnt blow untill that is plugged in. Im gonna post a picturs of the wiring diagram of which one im talking about. Plz Helo

I had a piece of metal in my stator/magneto area that would ground the stator out only sometimes. it would do this sometimes with the engine not moving, and other times the engine needed to be moved. I guess it depends on where the metal piece is lodged or still jumping around.

Yeah I read about the metal pieces but I did the 2 tests from the yellow wires and no continuity to ground and resistance good and then without turning the motor put the fuse in and it blew the fuse. None of the connectors look melted or corroded.
