Near the end of last season my Sea-Doo would smoke alot for the first couple of minutes when I started it. It also took longer to start than normal. Then the guy who winterize the Sea-Doo said when he went & flushed the motor out that coolant was coming thru spark plugs. I have replaced the top end o-rings between head & cylinder jug .. and replaced the spark plug o-rings between head & coolant cap. Hoping one of these was the issue. Not the case I still am getting coolant/water into the firing chamber of the cylinder. I have tried to burn it out with multiple attempts of starting fluid but the water/coolant continues to be present shutting the engine down. I removed exhust pipe & exhaust manifold hoping to find a gasket that has failed but not the case. Both cylinder jugs are allowing water/coolant on to the top face of the piston while I turn the motor over. Currently I have exhaust off & head off. Carb system is still on. I'm thinking I have a cracked cylinder jug thus allowing but how can they both be cracked since they appear to be independent?
