This weekend with 5 people in the boat, the cavatation problem became really bad. So I'm looking at manual to reseal the pumps. Only the manual doesn't show any sealant used between the shoe and the pump. And the manual seems to focus on single engine boats, not the twins.

In the single engine models, the neoprene seal is there. But the twin engines don't have that.

So what are people doing to seal it? Or should I be looking at the bellows and carbon ring instead?

I know it sounds like abit "overboard' but, i'd check it all. The pumps, rideplates, carbon area. It suck to pull the pumps, and then have same problem. Think another member just went thru this, found out, it was his rideshoe...
