I have a 1998 seadoo xp that starts right up no problem. It will idle forever and I can accelerate up to about 4-5k on the tach but if I go over 5k it revs up to 7-8k and takes along time to return to idle. I have rebuilt the motor put in new topend and had carbs rebuilt. New to pwc so need help.
