Ok, my troubles started when the sea-doo died in the middle of the lake. I was doing some wave hopping and when I stopped to speak to my buddy on his machine my machine stalled out and would not restart. Took it home and found that I had piston damage on one cylinder. This engine was rebuilt by a dealer a year and a half earlier with less than 50 hrs on it now. I pulled the head and the cylinders off and found that one of the wrist pin clips were missing but the evidence that the clip came off was evident. I went back to the dealer and they said it was past a year and they couldn't help me. So I had another technician rebuild it this time. After rebuilding it we tried to start it. It was only running on the front cylinder. Pulled the back plug, it had spark and was wet. Found out it was only wet with oil not fuel. Pulled the injectors and sure enough the injector was not working. Switched the leads to the injector and it works so the injector is ok. At this point I took it to the dealer for diagnosis. They cleared a high temp code and checked the computer which checked out fine. They ran new wires to the injectors but that didn't help. They changed the computer and the crank sensor and that didn't help.$400 later the sea-doo is still broken and the the dealer does't know why. Any ideas besides gasoline and a match?
