98 GSX taking on water

MY 98 Gsx is taking on water. When I put it on the trailer with some water still in it and lean it backward or forward there are no visible signs of leaking. I then emptied the water and put it back in the water and it began to take on water, it seemed more significant when I put weight on the seadoo and also i could hear it leaking when the "footboards" were underwater. Any direction would be appreciated. When it was running it did take on 3-4 inches of water. We have had it running alot this summer and it has been great
