98 gsx buzzing noise from starter relay

i broke down a couple days ago , thought it was the battery. all i could here was a buzzing sound from the relay. bought a new one, same thing goin on. any ideas. and of course batt charged

guess what batt read 12 volts but had 11cca... ucked up . deka batt. took the starter off spent 50 bucks on a new relay and it was the frickin batt.... 12 volts and no cca...supposed to have 275 cca.
