Long time, first time reaching out y'all. Backs burnt and tired of sweating from last few days in the sun wrenching. This ski has no pulse from the crankcase. Copied racerxx blockoff plates idea and had my brother make them. Case holds air but does show bubbling in the "return" oil line to resivoir. New fuel lines and even hooked line from RES to carb. Tried another known good set of carbs. Manually(by mouth) actuated the pump and verified it pulling fuel. Also, after pressurizing motor, when removing sparkplug, compressed air was relieved..rv timing verifed. Threw fuel into carbs and she fires but no pulling fuel(glass filter for visual)...not sure what else to try besides ripping motor out and resealing cases/new crank seals..thank you in advance for any idears.

Are you sure it has no pulse or could it be sucking air?. Pressure check your fuel delivery system.

Ive cleared the return line from carb, vents are "unobstructed", even left cap undone. Tank is 3/4 full. Not sure what else to "check" via fuel system bud..its a head scratcher bro

For future reference, ill post updates on progress. Next step now, since a new set of carbs didnt work, is to check the rv clearance. Will report findings

When you have the pulse line hooked onto the motor, not hooked to the carbs with your finger over the end of the line can you feel a pulse action when you crank on the starter?

Before getting too drastic with taking things apart you need to confirm, as stated before, that you have a tight fuel system and are not pulling air in.

If the motor started with a shot of gas in the carbs then I would assume it is sound enough to run if fuel is properly delivered to the carbs.

The air bubbles in the oil line with a pressurized motor means you either injected to high of pressure or you have a failing seal inside. Any good seal will leak if too much pressure is pushing on it. The Primary pressures (in the case) are relatively low when the motor is running and you don't want to over do things when pressure checking or you can cause damage.

Pressure testing should be at 8 psi. Leaking air from the rotary cavity is either a bad rotary shaft seal or inner crank seals.

Appreciate feedback fellas. Ive one ALOT of seadoos over the years. None, have giving me this headache..anyway, just got done wrenching and rv gap measures .011. Think thats good. Then, comparing baffles, looks like the vent and return were switched so, i switched back..same conclusion. Went ahead and plugged return line and pressured tank thru feed line(on since RES is capped off), the tank swells and when releasing cap, could pop 10ft in the air..WHAT i found confusing now is, with pulse line off carb, and cranking motor, i DO feel the presdure present...so, why aint it pulling the fuel? Going to gas station and getn 5gals. Gunna run line from jug to carbs...post results soon
