I have a 1997 xp and was wanting to change the fuel lines. I was wondering how to get the fuel tank out. It doesnt look like it comes out very easy. Thanks

You shouldn't need to pull the tank, just the lines off the top. If memory serves me right you need to pull the steering linkage to remove it, if you do.

I cant even come close to reaching where the hoses go on to the tank

I think on that model you might need to pull off the steering linkage. My internet connection is slow right now, and I can't get the manual section to open on the forum, to have a better look in the manual for an better answer. I'll repost it later from work where internet is better...if you don't get a quicker response.
