First off I have to say I don't think it is the DESS post because it is totally throttle based. I can cruise around all day at half throttle and it will be fine, but if I go above that it will die. When it dies though it almoast always gives two beeps right away and starts right back up. This makes me think that it is loosing all electrical power, turning off the MPEM.
Any ideas? Thanks

sounds like dirty carb filters, it won't allow enough fuel for higher speed and dies, common symptom.

Filters are clean, I just replaced the fuel lines and checked them. And that wouldn't explain the two beeps every time after it quits. Like I mentioned above to me it seems like the MPEM is loosing power and shutting down.

I'm getting ready to get the Seadoo out for the year and want to get it running right, any help would be appreciated, this has me stumped.

I got it figured out. Of all things it was the wrong spark plugs. It had NGK B8ES in it. The correct plug is NGK BR8ES. The R stands for resistance. So my logic says that because of the lower resistance in the ignition circuit the coil was putting out more amperage than it is supposed to. This caused the coil to suck up all the electricity causing the MPEM to shut down from no power. That makes since to me anyway.
