The engine will not turn over on my 1997 XP. The battery is good and fully charged. I get 2 beeps when the lanyard is attached but when I hit the start button all I hear is the starter and it is not engaging the flywheel to turn the engine over. Is the starter bad? It is an aftermarket starter as I replaced the orignal 2-3 years ago when it was doing the same thing. I am thinking about replacing the starter again but thought I would check here first. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
