97 spx and 92 xp

Okay on the spx when I rev it out of water it makes like a seperate humming noise I've never heard and idk what it is?

VTS is getting power but wont work

fuel gage is showing 1/3 and it should be at least 3/4

Gauges arent working where is the fuse box?

DO NOT start again! We suspect the pick-up bracket at Stator broke, inside the magnito houseing.
I once had a '94 SPI that had a hum. Investigating, under the drive coupler, the
bearing froze on the shaft and had ripped the hull snout off, that the rubber boot
was secured to.

Loosen the front motor mount and wood block up the engine so you can get the magnito cover off. I have heard countershafts hum just before they break. Bills86e
