engine starts great seems to run good to no tach i had it up to 45 mph on gps?

there was a 99 sea xp limeted at 3-4 throttle beside myself can anyone help why i dont have topspeed?
i have a brand new impeller plastic housing a huge o-ring i guess will this give it more thrust.?

Is their a video ? this is in the video section lol . Maby it is the throttle cable or your carburetor adjustment not sure though. Just a semi educated guess .

Take a compression reading and also the color of the plugs tells a lot about the rich burn/lean burn relating mostly to fuel/carbs/lines.

ok thanks n the wear ring what is the spec between the prop and the ring, mine you can fit a sheet of paper between them. thanks everyone for your help.
