97 seadoo Xp no spark

I have a 1997 seadoo xp that was running great but sat and now has no spark all fuses are good I’m not getting any power to the white wire on the coil (coil has been replaced also) I’ve replaced the trigger and trigger coil assembly with one that came off a running ski so I know it’s good, I’m getting 12.8 volts on all three yellow wires from the rectifier to the trigger but don’t know how to test to see if voltage is coming out of the trigger to the Cdi, when the key is installed I get two beeps key out push button 5 times get one long beep and one short (note. The ski before this happened has been jumped multiple times from a battery charger)

If it has been jumped from a charger and all fuses and connections are good I would suspect you have a fried MPEM.

Does it crank but not spark or is it just dead?

it Will crank fine just no spark

Is there a way I would be able to test the trigger assembly to see if it’s outputting power to the cdi/mpem?

If you have replaced the stator and trigger with known good ones I wouldn't think that is the issue.

Danget okay now another question I have a parts ski but it’s a 96 Xp so the whole wiring system is different but the same motor could I technically take it and put it in my 97 just have to make mounts for everything?

The engine is the same so yes, it will swap out but the PTO is different. The motor mounts are the same too.
