Hi just bought my first seadoo challenger.. And I've had nothing but trouble with it! First time I took it out I could only get one motor running. So I just loaded it back on the trailer.. Took it back home and found out that one of the coils where bad.. Ordered a replacement and installed it.. Had both Moros running!!! But the right side motor was smoking.. And the left side would only run at 3k and died if you gave it gas... So I put it in the shop and they said carb needed to be rebuilt.. Told them fine go ahead and do it.. Well 1 month went buy and I called up there and they said that one motor was good to go but they had to do the timing on the other... I said ok do it... So 2 months go buy and I call up there again and now he tells me both my motors are blown! He only charged me for the parts he had in it so I payed the guy and got the boat back.. Get home and my air boxes are still off and I can see the carbs are full of water!!! Pulled the plugs and the cylinders are full of water! Mind you he had my boat 3 months and it had been raining almost everyday for the past 2 months! So I turn over the motor with the plugs out and clear out all the water.. Took 2 days but got the rights side motor running again.. And that was the hard one to start before! Now I've been trying to get the right side running again and have had no luck! Looks like there is a lot of oil and water in the cylinder still..
What else should I try? Or could I try? Or does anybody live in or near Dallas tx that could help me out?
