Well I took the inline fuel filter off with the line to the water separator and fuel supply line and what I found might be the source I think because there is a tiny line crack in the filter you can't see by glancing at it and there was gas on the outside of the line that goes into the carb right on the clamp to keep it on the fitting I was thinking it was lean due to this so I got a long strand of fuel line and attached it to the water separator to the fuel intake fitting on the carb I will test it at the lake tomorrow and see what changed if it runs correctly again I believe I've solved my issue and if it still runs the same I will take the back seat off and see if it runs better because an exhaust leak will make a engine run bad and cause it to load up at high rpms thanks for all the help and support means a lot
