Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum and just bought my first ski. From the looks of the ski and the way it runs I think I got a good deal, 1250.00 w tlr

First off let me say thank you to all that post here.
I really like the way this ski rides, but it is not for everyone, it is a bit difficult to mount but man does it shred

First things i have done, Change the spark plugs and oil in the jet pump, man was it ugly. It did not stink like I expected but it was milky which means it was getting water into it. Upon closer inspection some fool who obviously does not read the instructions overtightened the bolts that hold the cone on and nearly ruined the whole thing, I am guessing that is where the water was from.
Also the 2 small o-rings were missing from the bilge siphon tubes above the nozle, I replaced those as well.

The fuel lines and compression test are going to be the next things
Can I use normal reinforced fuel lines for .99 per ft?
And what should the compression be 150 lbs?

Is there NEthing else I should look for on this model?

Thanks in advance

Welcome.

Yes... you can use regular black rubber, automotive fuel lines, and the compression on a fresh engine should be right at 150 psi. If it's been sitting for a while... run the engine for a little while to purge out the extra oil before checking the compression.

Good luck, and just yell if you have a problem.
